Our target is WCAG 2.2 AA conformance.
This product should work with a keyboard and a screen reader. It also needs to hold up on a small phone screen.
Our commitments
- Pages use landmarks and visible focus. Inputs keep labels and dynamic updates announce status where needed.
- Interactive controls have touch targets at least 24 pixels tall and wide.
- Motion is reduced when your device asks for it. Extra contrast is available when your device asks for it.
Text-first use
The product's links and chat interface can be driven as text through the site UI and API.
Current known gaps
We have not tested every assistive technology and browser combination. If something gets in your way, tell us what happened and what you were trying to do.
